As a Data scientist Intern on the CTT site of the MANAGEM group, my mission was Development of solutions based on Machine Learning and business data for predictive maintenance within mining production units, the first solution is based on the temperature and vibration indicators of the equipment grinder, the second is based on the sound data of rotating machines (pumps, motors, reducers) for detect noise and faults, predict anomalies and necessary interventions in the event of breakdowns.

Data Scientist at MANAGEM Group, Marrakech October 2018- December 2018

The work is carried out on the CMG site of the MANAGEM group, it is a starting point for the realization of an autonomous system allowing the control of the flotation cells. This reveals the use of Industry 4.0 technologies.

It is a web and mobile application, which allows you to have the content values (Zn, Pb, Cu) in real time and from the image captured by the phone.
